Terms of Service

I am a college student with two jobs and something resembling a life, so commissions are not my #1 priority and it may take time. I will do my best to get the orders out within two weeks of payment. Certain times of the year, my life will be busier than others (ie Dec and April for final exams), so please be patient during those times. If I know that I will not get it out within the two weeks, I will make sure to keep you updated.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR COMMISSION. I will try to be as accommodating as possible, but I have had problems with customers in the past and am not willing to deal with that again. Hassling and rudeness at any step of the process will result in a partial refund and your commission will not be done. If you continue to give me problems, you will no longer be allowed to purchase from me.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payments are accepted via Paypal only. I do not accept money orders, wire transfers, or snailmail. Payment must be sent IN FULL before I will mail your order. Payment plans can be arranged in a “as needed” basis, it is only available in certain situations.

You will have seven (7) days from total price notification to make payment before your commission is defaulted. Should an extension on this time be necessary, it is your responsibility to communicate with me in order to make sure our commission agreement doesn't default. The maximum allowable time period is fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the notification, but you will not receive extra days unless you communicate with me.

Refunds on collars will only be available in extreme circumstances, such as a production defect. If it is damaged en route, send it back and I will replace it at no cost (however, you are responsible for return shipping costs). Should you refuse to make payment within the allowable/agreed upon time period or if you somehow happen to fall off the face of the earth and I cannot contact you for payment, you will lose any and all rights to the commission. It will be posted to be available to the public for purchase. I will only make ONE other attempt to contact you after the notification is sent to you.

DEADLINES

I will only RARELY work on deadlines. If you need a piece done by a certain date, I cannot guarantee it will be done by then unless I was notified of the deadline upon first contact and my life allows the time to do so. Remember, you are not my only commissioner, and it’s more than likely that there are others who have been waiting longer than you.

If you so desperately want your commission to be done as fast as possible, you will be charged a Rush Fee of $10 per collar. However, this will only be available if I do not need to special order any of the materials. Those who are willing to pay the rush fee will receive a photo of your collar within 24-48 hours after the payment is sent and it will be mailed out the following day or two, (for a max of four days between payment and shipment). I will NOT skimp on the quality of your commission just because it’s rushed. No matter what, if it’s rushed or done in my own time, I will always give top quality work.

ALLERGIES

All of the collars are made from materials that will not normally cause an allergic reaction. If you do have a strange allergy that you are concerned about, please contact me before ordering anything. We recently adopted a kitten, so while I will do my best to minimize hair and dander contact, I cannot guarantee that I won't have any fur or dander on my clothes while working.

PROPER CREDIT

Once your collars have been completed, it’s yours to use as you see fit. All I ask is that you give proper credit on any photos or videos you post online and link back to this website.

FEES AND SHIPPING

Extra fees such as shipping and PayPal are to be discussed before the first payment is made. These fees fluctuate per project, and must be covered by the buyer.
